All papers and mark schemes are © Pearson Education. This page hosts no exam-board files. June 2025 links go to Pearson directly; earlier series link to the identical official PDFs mirrored by Physics & Maths Tutor, because Pearson regularly relocates its own files. Summer 2020 and 2021 exams were cancelled (COVID-19) — the papers written for summer 2020 were issued unchanged as the November 2020 autumn series, so they appear once, under November 2020. November 2025 and June 2026 remain restricted to exam centres and will be added on release.

How to actually use past papers.

Past papers are the most powerful revision tool your child has — but most students just "do" them and tick the answers. That barely moves the needle. This is the sequence I take every student through. The full method, in detail →

Topic first, then whole papers

Early on, don't sit full papers — pull questions by topic across many years until each topic is solid. Whole papers come once the foundations hold.

Sit full papers under timing

Once topics hold, work to the clock with no notes. At GCSE, pacing and stamina cost more marks than missing knowledge does.

Mark with the official scheme

Mark it yourself against the real mark scheme. Learning where the method marks sit is how you stop losing marks on questions you could do.

Redo what you dropped

A few days later, redo every question you lost marks on from scratch. That's where the grade actually moves.

Edexcel GCSE Maths past papers — common questions.

Yes. Every question paper and mark scheme is the official Pearson document. June 2025 links go to Pearson directly; earlier series link to identical official PDFs mirrored by Physics & Maths Tutor, since Pearson frequently moves its own files. This page hosts no copies.
Summer exams in 2020 and 2021 were cancelled because of COVID-19. Pearson issued the unused summer 2020 papers unchanged for the November 2020 autumn sitting, so those papers appear once, listed under November 2020.
Foundation covers grades 1–5, Higher covers grades 4–9. A student entered for Foundation cannot score above a grade 5, so tier choice matters — it is one of the things I advise on directly.
Yes — that is exactly what I do. I am a full-time online GCSE and A-Level Maths tutor (First Class Master’s from Bristol, 599/600 UMS at A-Level), and every lesson works through real past papers from your child’s board.
